Complete bathroom removal and decoration, highly recommended

Choose Chris as he felt very knowledgeable and honest on first meet and was same throughout whole job. Arrived on time every day with his apprentice Joseph and they were both polite, professional and skilled throughout the job. We needed a small bathroom completely gutted and fitted and Chris suggested where to get materials and fitted the shower, cabinets, towel rail, toilet and completed to a high standard of finishing. Did all the tiles and everything was done to a high standard. Thanks again both and also for the delicious treats and hope our tea and snacks were good enough :D

Ensuite Renovation

Chris and Joseph have done an amazing job of renovating my ensuite, with a finish better than we could have imagined. The job involved a complete rip out, moving of toilet, installing a shower (where none had been previously), fitted units, sink, shower panels, plastering, lighting, flooring and running all required services plus much more. Communication, courtesy, explanation and care was shown throughout with Chris ensuring the best possible outcome and usability for my ensuite. I would highly recommend and I have now promptly booked in my main bathroom to be renovated by Chris and Joseph

wow, One Call as it says, does it all. We wanted a bathroom converted to a shower room, but had no idea how it would be done. Chris came and listened to our needs. he was really informative on how to achieve our dream shower room. The end result was better than we could ever of had imagined. I first saw Chris's profile on Checkatrades website. i was very impressed with Chris from our first meeting with him, he was very open, honest and very knowledgeable. Chris got the designs done for us, which made it easy to see how are our bathroom would look like beforehand. He was always on time, courteous, clean and tidy. every day he gave us an update on what he was hoping to achieve. The bathroom when finished looked amazing, so i got him back to do my en-suite, which also looks amazing. i would highly recommend Chris 100% you will not be disappointed.

Chris and Joseph recently completed our bathroom renovation, and we are delighted with the result, which was even better than we had hoped. They completed everything themselves (ripping out old bathroom, plumbing, electrics, tiling, painting, bathroom fitting, everything), which made our lives so much easier. Not only did they complete the project to an extremely high standard, we really appreciated their brilliant communication throughout. Refurbishment of our en-suite bathroom

We would like to thank Chris and Joseph for the professional job they carried out refurbishing our en-suite bathroom. Chris was very skilled at all the trades needed to completely the job i.E plumbing, plastering, tiling and electrical work. They were very clean workers and excellent time keepers.
Taking out old full bathroom and fitting new one

Chris and Joseph came to completely replace our bathroom including taking old tiles and plastering and putting new tile work, new floor, new bath and stand-alone shower. We had very minimal space but they made it work. Can’t fault any of work carried out, extremely happy with all service provided and they were very friendly and a pleasure to have! 100 % recommend One Call solutions. :)

Chris kept us in the loop throughout the process and had a 'can do' attitude when things were a bit more difficult than anticipated. We are extremely happy with the work carried out in our kitchen by Chris. Not only is he friendly and personable, he is very knowledgeable and works to an extremely high standard. We found that Chris always kept us in the loop about what he was working on and would always offer advice on what would work and look the best. He also happily helped us to fix some problems with our radiators and always followed up on jobs said he would do. Would 100% recommend Chris.
Mastic sealant replacement

Chris did a great job removing and replacing the sealant around a bath tub and a shower cubicle. He was on time, incredibly courteous, worked very efficiently and left the bathrooms perfectly clean. I cannot recommend him strongly enough! Booking the job was also incredibly easy as he communicated very clearly and promptly. The pricing was competitive and fair. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We could not have had a more professional fitter undertake the total refurbishment of our fully tiled bathroom. Every effort was made to keep the work area and the hallway tidy and dust free during the removal phase. The fitting of the bath, shower, toilet , sink and cupboards was perfect;as was the wall tiling and LVT flooring. No problem was too much for Chris. He is a man of many skills, all of which were ably demonstrated during the refit. We are so pleased with the quality of the products that Chris recommended and the craftsmenship with which he installed each and every item

He consulted with us with specific decisions and gave us sufficient time to make the decisions - always planning ahead. The tiling work he did was amazing and was extremely tidy. After completing a refit of our ensuite last year, I got back in touch with Chris to completely refit our main bathroom this year. The nicest people, the highest spec work, and honestly I would recommend One Call to anyone. Really good work, high end finish and a great, friendly attitude towards everything. Chris even looked over our ensuite and fixed a problem that I caused myself (I used the wrong cleaner on something, completely my fault!) I can't complain at all!

We wanted a new bathroom design and complete rip out of old one and refit of new one. Chris and Dean, father and son duo have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond our expectations and their work is stunning. Not only is their work to an exceptional standard they are extremely friendly, polite and courteous and work so well together. The work was exceptional. Not only was the standard and the thoroughness of the workmanship excellent but I also very much appreciated Chris' suggestions about what materials to use and the design details (since I commissioned the work without much idea!) Chris was extremely neat and tidy, worked very hard and kept me up to date about progress. I had every confidence in the quality of Chris' work and his reliability. As testimony, I hope to commission more work!

Chris and Dean have done an exceptional job with our ensuite bathroom! We needed the full works, the whole lot ripping out and starting from scratch, and Chris helped us design a new layout from the ground up. I can honestly say, the work they have done is well above anything I would have hoiped for! They were a pleasure to have about the house, cheerful and friendly as anything, and even did a few extra bits for us as they found additional work that needed doing, like some leaky radiators. We are 100000% getting them back at some point to do our main bathroom! Wonderful job, great guys!

An extra of bit of advice to their many future customers: regular mugs of tea are essential for the smooth-running of everything!

This dynamic father and son duo were an absolute joy . These hard working salt of the earth guys brought humor and an exceptional standard of work and commitment to our project. Their standard of work exceeded our expectations, the time care and attention to detail they gave to every aspect was a breathe of fresh air. We asked for additional work during the job as we were so impressed with what they had already done. It was refreshing to hear that this wasn't a problem and they were happy to help us. My new kitchen was several months in the planning and during this time Chris and his son, Dean, were always on hand, either in person or on the phone, to assist with design and purchasing of materials. Knocking down walls, removing tiles and plastering are messy jobs, but they were always cleaning to keep it to a minimum. They were very punctual, arriving at 8am every day, courtious, polite, friendly...keep them well stocked in tea and they will do a fantastic job for you!! I now have my dream kitchen and they are booked in to complete my bathroom in December. Highly recommend OneCall..THANKS!

Chris had to gut the existing toilet and put in a shower from scratch. He has done an amazing job - it looks stunning! The tiling is beautiful - and expecially around the base of the shower, which must have been so fiddly. I love it! He's booked to do my bathroom upstairs, end of July.....

Chris sourced the exact wood I wanted and the finished job was exactly what I had envisaged .
